river view breakfast buffet short walk
I found the location excellent. it was a short walk to khaosan road. It was perfect. the river view room included a balcony. This was a nice touch. the breakfast had buffet items plus cooked-to-order dishes. I liked this.
The wi-fi was intermittent. I had to reconnect frequently.

clear water rooftop pool
the location was excellent, with easy access to the pier. i found the rooftop pool a great feature. the clear water and tile work stood out. the pool bar was a welcome addition.

I chose this hotel due to its riverside location and proximity to the pier. sitting on the terrace for breakfast while watching the boats was a highlight. the rooftop bar offered fantastic views and a pleasant pool area (i could really relax up there). the phra arthit pier is conveniently located in front of the hotel. It made public transport very easy.
the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. street noise and hallway sounds were easily audible (this affected my sleep). i think better sound isolation would greatly enhance the stay for light sleepers.

the rooftop pool provides a refreshing escape with a good view, allowing guests to relax after a day of exploring. the hotel featured art exhibitions in the lobby, giving a cultural touch to the stay and allowing to admire a bit of local art. the exhibitions added a layer of sophistication.

the beautiful king room had thoughtful design, a spacious layout, and included modern amenities, good. the room was clean and well kept. the bed was really comfy.

the hotel personnel provided quick and efficient assistance with transport arrangements, including hospital visits. restaurant staff were attentive, remembering preferences and offering friendly service. their warm smiles and greetings created a cute atmosphere.

careful cleaning nice balcony great location
I adored the daily room cleaning. It was thorough. the hotel provided netflix. I could watch movies in bed! the location suited me perfectly, right by the ferry.

unconcerned staff smoking policy
the breakfast options were good quality a la carte dishes were available
the reception staff lacked professionalism they looked unconcerned about guest safety or alternative accommodation arrangements when addressing concerns the hotel policy against smoking on balconies was strictly enforced however other guests were seen smoking there

mixed feelings about this stay
unstable wifi noisy outlet
the location is decent, close to the pier.
The wifi barely worked. It kept disconnecting. the air conditioner started emitting a bad smell , which forced me to open the window. i also found the refrigerator's outlet noisy, i had to unplug it to sleep.
